Ability to use tags in the form

Now that tags are introduced, it would be nice to give users the ability to tag their own posts in the submission form.
I made two concepts for this (see attached). The idea is that you can (like other parts of the form) customize the text "Tags" to "Categories" or what ever you like.
I personally like the input field better then the dropdown because of the visibility.
