Cannot upload image to change log entry

Reproduced in new Edge and Chrome.
Upload to this bug report works fine in the these browsers.

Error in JS Console:
Access to XMLHttpRequest at 'mysubdomain.upvoty.com/api/editorUpload/b9d573315052ad6c0b79fadf13aa0bd9/' from origin 'myproduct.mydomain.com' has been blocked by CORS policy: Response to preflight request doesn't pass access control check: No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource.
