Typing the post title is super laggy. With each keyup in the title field it is searching for matching posts. Almost unusable..

Drew, we're working on this. Think we'll have a fix for it within 2/3 weeks.

Doh. I'm surprised the fix will take that long. Couldn't you just delay the autocomplete search request on title input key up until typing has stopped for a couple seconds rather than search with each character entry? I guess if dev is outsourced it takes a while. Btw, looks like much more of an issue with Firefox. Chrome is not as bad, but it's still a slight issue.

Rani, we don't experience this at all. And we have never heard it before. I think it's a unique situation based on the user's device or something. Can you ask him/her more information or even a screen recording? You can email at mike@upvoty.com and we will investigate it right away! 💪

It happens to me all the time, even when I was writing this post. When you type the title it sometimes freezes (probably searching for similar topics...).

Yes, it's matching duplicate posts, but I never experience it freezing. Can you send me a video recording of your screen at mike@upvoty.com? We will definitely look into it.
