Sorting in admin posts overview

We would like to be able to sort the admin posts overview on the available columns.
For example to sort on date (oldest to newest) or on votes (highest to lowest). Now we need to open each board and check which items are most voted per board. We would like to see the most voted items accross all boards.

It's quite confusing that this feature is hidden behind the "Filter" button. I would NEVER have found it, had I not read this post and been sure it must exist. It would be great to split Sort and Filter into two top menu items

Thanks for the suggestion! We will take it in consideration. PS you can also save your view when you filter, so you can easily access it later on.
