You can now pin/unpin posts to the top of the boards. Go to a post -> admin module -> drop down -> pin/unpin 🙌

You can now filter in your dashboard and save your preferred views so you can easily access them. E.g. filter on 'Assigned to me' in combination with 'high priorities and 'status x'.

You can now change the order of your boards on the homepage (above the roadmap) by sorting them the way you like.

You can now add multiple statuses to the roadmap, plus, on top of that: you can rename each column and determine what statuses that need to be shown in that exact column. So you can create columns with multiple statuses from each board 💪. Go to Dashboard -> Roadmap -> Status.

You can now enable or disable our default log in methods. E.g. turn off Twitter and Google and use email-only.

You can now add custom CSS code to style your Upvoty portal just the way you like 😎

You can now turn your Upvoty into dark mode! Go to your settings and turn dark mode on for all of your boards, roadmap, and Changelog. Or, simply go to your board's settings to turn it on for 1 board specifically.

You can now make your tags public and create categories on your boards for your users.

Go to your board's settings and activate the public tags:

This will add a 'Category' filter on your board:

Your users can now filter between tags/categories and see the relevant posts of those categories.

As of now, you can link your custom domain URL to a single board instead of linking to the roadmap. This comes in handy when you a) don't want to share the roadmap and b) you have only 1 board and you want users to visit the board directly.

Go to your custom domain settings and select the board you want to be shown on your custom domain URL.

You can now add your favorite chat widget on your Upvoty public view. This way, your users can reach support even when they are participating on your feedback boards. Woohoo!

Navigate via Settings to your Integrations and scroll down to 'Chat widget' and select your provider.

You can now unpublish and publish every single feedback post on all of your boards. This makes it possible to post privately on public boards.

You can also checkmark 'Private post' when you submit a new post to instantly post private on your public board.

You can now add PRIORITY levels to your posts and filter internally on the most important priorities.

From now on, you can add multiple boards to your Intercom chat widget.

You can now change the date format to either dd-mm-yyyy or yyyy-mm-dd. Go to the 'Settings' of your Upvoty account.

You can now automate tasks and notifications right from within Slack. Connect with Slack via our integrations page and invite the Upvoty bot in your channel with: /invite @upvoty.

Woohoo! You can add a 'Return to site' URL to your public view. This way your users are able to navigate back (or through) to your website

You can now add the Google Analytics UA code to track your users' behavior 💪

Head over to Settings -> Integrations and activate your Google Analytics integration! 🙌

You can use your own custom domain, like feedback.yourdomain.com, to show your roadmap and/or feedback boards.

From now on you can let your users post, vote, and comment anonymously. You can even force them to participate anonymously.

Head over to your board's settings and activate the 'Anonymous' feature! 🙌

Create your own status label by changing its color and title!

Head over to your board's settings and scroll down to 'Status labels'. Pick your color and title and BOOM, you're all set!

When a user asks about a certain feature that's already on your roadmap, you can now add them as a voter and tell: "This feature is on our product roadmap and I've added you to the list of voters. You will receive a notification when it's live!". Isn't that awesome?

Go ahead and heads over to a post and hit 'add voter' in the voters' widget! 🙌 

With the new subscribe button, your users are able to subscribe to posts and receive all the new updates (status change, comments, etc.) via email.

The subscribe button is visible for non-admin and non-team members only.

By default, Upvoty uses its own SSO authentication. If a user is not logged in, we'll ask them to create an Upvoty account. If you want to disable this, and only use accounts from your own application, you can now set up your own SSO remote login URL. We’ll redirect your users to this URL where they’ll need to login to your application first.

Head over to Settings -> Identify Users and check out step 4 🙌

With this feature, you'll be able to communicate the launch date of the feature. You're able to fill in whatever you like. So whether you want to fill in a specific date, a month, or just a plain text like "to be announced": you're in full control of that! 🙌

You can now create internal comments that are visible for only you and your team mates.

Assign team members to certain posts and comments and make them accountable for the following up, etc.

You can now use tags on posts to give all of your feedback a little bit more structure.

Head over to a feedback post, click 🏷 Tags, and add as many tags as you like!

Woohoo! You can now fully customize the voting buttons. How cool? Go ahead and pick your new icon in your board's settings 🙌

When you make a comment that includes an important message/update for your users, you are now able to 'notify all voters' so they'll get an email with this new update too 💪

With changelog, you can communicate new launches and updates in the most beautiful way 😍.

You can create new posts, or, link to existing ones from your feedback boards. When you do, a new button will appear on the post which links to the relevant Changelog post:

Of course, it comes with custom status labels. So go ahead and create your own.

You can now modify your vote count to bump (or lower) the number of voters on each post.

Go to a post -> Admin box -> Options -> Select 'Change vote count'

Next, change the number of votes:

Hit 'Change vote count' and you're done! :)
